Return Policy

Returns Accepted:

We accept returns for most items within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and remaining product.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, with the exception of one product, lip balm.

Return Shipping:

We offer free return shipping for eligible items.

Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees for eligible returns. 

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at botanicalways23@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number: We will provide you with an RA number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Package and Ship: Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include the RA number on the return shipping label. Ship the package using the provided return shipping method.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exceptions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
